byFlow at the Horecava 2019: 3D Food Printing and food personalization in practice

Horecava, the biggest food industry event in the Netherlands, takes place between 7th and 10th of January 2019 in RAI Amsterdam. byFlow, a 3D Food Printing company from Eindhoven announced the innovator no 1 at the Horecava 2018, will be present again at the event’s Innovation LAB. Together with Jan Smink, chef and owner of Restaurant Smink - the first restaurant in the Netherlands with 3D-printed food on the menu, byFlow will show how 3D Food Printing works in practice and how it can be used for food personalization. The company will also officially launch its newest product.

- says Nina Hoff, CEO of byFlow, who will also speak in the Horecava Theater during the event.  Her presentation on the practical side of 3D Food Printing for Horeca professionals will take place on the 9th of December (Wednesday) at 9.45.

Together with Jan Smink, the company will show how 3D Food Printing is and can be applied in everyday work in a professional kitchen. Those hungry for innovation will be satisfied as well. byFlow will introduce at the Horecava their newest product, present its features and possibilities it brings for food personalization, already announced one of the hottest food trends for 2019.

Last year, at the Horecava 2018, byFlow gathered lots of attention from the participants and media, as the company has also announced their collaboration with Verstegen Spices & Sauces, the first supplier of ready fillings for 3D Food Printing with the Focus 3D Food Printer. It has been a successful start of an even more successful year.
