What would you create with a 3D Food Printer? Share your ideas and WIN a 3D-printed dinner in Eindhoven!

The smartest square kilometer in the world, mentioned as the European version of Silicon Valley, a home for over 140 innovative companies...Yes we are talking about the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. It’s a place for leading companies like ASML and Philips, but also for smart startups and scale-ups - the environment has a lot to offer. Now, 3D Food Printer from byFlow is the newest thing on their menu.

Eurest, food services provider and part of Compass Group, together with High Tech Campus, joined the community of byFlow’s customers. The Focus, their new 3D Food Printer, will be immediately put into practice. What’s more, they don’t want to use it just for themselves - they invite the High Tech Campus Community to contribute to a whole new dining experience!

Are you curious how 3D Food Printing works? Or maybe you’ve seen it before and already have some thoughts about it? This is your chance to put your ideas into action!

Eurest invites you on the 22nd, 23rd or 24th of May at LOKL (High Tech Campus, the Strip) during lunchtime, to meet the 3D Food Printer. A professional chef is going to give demonstrations, explains the workflow and answers all the questions you might have. The goal is to learn, but also to get inspired! The second step is your contribution.

Before the 1st of June you can submit your own idea for a 3D-printed dish. The Campus’ food department will select the best proposals and invite the finalists for a 3D Food Printing Masterclass at the exclusive The Lounge restaurant, where they will develop and create their own recipe. The winner, chosen by the Campus’ community, will be invited for a 3D-printed dinner at The Lounge, with colleagues, family members or friends!

Both the demonstrations and competition are free of charge and don’t require registration. You can join the Facebook event though, to stay updated about the details: https://www.facebook.com/events/2075446102744742/

If you fall in love with 3D Food Printing afterwards, but do not have the possibility to purchase byFlow’s machine yourself, Eurest has a solution for you! They can give a special and unique 3D-printed touch to your event. Get in touch with their sales team to discover the possibilities. Send them an email to saleshtc@compass-group.nl or give them a call at 040 230 5777.
