Beyond the hype: The next level of 3D Food Printing with byFlow & Jan Smink.

“3D Food Printing? Sounds interesting, but what could I actually do with it?” While the knowledge of and interest in 3D Food Printing technology are growing very fast (some even claim it’s not innovative anymore), this is the question coming back very often. Together with our Ambassador and Top Chef Jan Smink, we will answer it during 3D Food Printing Conference.

The event, taking place on 27th and 28th of June, is the 4th edition of the Conference devoted fully to 3D Food Printing technology. Experts, enthusiasts and practitioners will gather in Villa Flora in Venlo (the Netherlands) to discuss the newest developments, trends, regulations, and perspectives for the future.

byFlow and Jan Smink will go one step further. During the exclusive Masterclass (taking place on both days of the event during lunch breaks, more info and registration here), they will take the participants to the next, practical level of 3D Food Printing. Not only will they demonstrate their self-developed technology and teach how to use it. Their goal is to focus on its applicability for businesses from the Food Industry and to demonstrate the newest achievements.

“We listen to our customers and business partners and constantly observe the trends in the Food Industry. We want our 3D Food Printing technology to bring a business value for  professionals, instead of being just a catchy marketing tool. That’s why we decided to look beyond the hype and show the participants of our Masterclass what’s there."

- says Nina Hoff, byFlow’s CEO.

Indeed, the latest achievements of byFlow prove that they regularly do their homework, think ahead and make smart steps. A good example is their collaboration with Verstegen Spices and Sauces, which became the world’s first supplier of ready fillings for 3D Food Printing with byFlow’s printer the Focus. Or their successful cooperation with Jan Smink, whose restaurant gained lots of publicity already half a year before opening, as the first high-end restaurant in the Netherlands with 3D-printed food on the menu.

The 3D Food Printing Conference is part of Agrifood Innovation Event. byFlow will be present there not only with the Masterclasses, but also with a stand at the free AgriFood Innovation EXPO. Registration for all these events is required and available here.
